A classical Shakespearean play on words. Someone who needs change - receiving free change. It kind of sucks that change may not really change all that much at all, but I'm hoping maybe it will - a little.

     So if you've accessed this website your probably not the person who needs the most change. You've got a computer or have access to one. You can read english. You can type, or at least have the skills to click on a link that promises free money. Anyways, I was highly considering waiting for MIT to start selling their $100 laptops to 3rd world nations because many of those people probably need even more change. But then then there are the people who don't even have the $100 crank it up solar laptops. So I guess there is no use in waiting forever. So in short your almost definitely not the person who needs it the most but maybe you know of someone who is. So here's how this is going to work. Its sort of like that Bank of America Visa(r) thing where every time you buy something with a Bank of America Visa(r) Check Card, they round up your purchase to the nearest dollar amount and transfer the difference from your checking to your savings account. Only not. You don't need to spend anything, and you just get to keep the change. Ive got change. Lots of it. I've been saving this set of American fractional dollars since my first year in high school about 8 years ago. Ive amassed $602.43 (and counting) and have had a really hard time parting with it. I cant imagine rolling them all up and getting regular old paper money from something I've spent so long collecting. So I figured maybe ill just give it away to someone else who needs it more.

     That's where you come in. Post why you or the person you know needs change the most and you will win. I will use the poll counter to help me decide who to give it to. I will however make the final decision, since well, its my change. Another reason is because we don't need that one annoying guy with his 3 geeky friends voting for himself four hundred million times and winning.
So here are the rules... Post why you need change the most, and be able to prove it. Before actually giving the money to someone they will need to prove their post, whether it be with a picture, video or whatnot.

There are absolutely no strings attached what so ever. Except well... If you find any priceless buffalo head nickels, Indian head penny's or any of those other special coins that are worth zillions, be sure to share at least some of the wealth.

The amount of change will go up daily... I eat lots of pizza, and it often leaves me with lots of daily coins. Ill try to roughly keep up with inflation.
